US Morgan Silver Dollar
The Morgan Dollar is one of the most famous coins worldwide and captivates with its timeless elegance. Through partly filigree, partly more extensive cout-outs its concise motif is even more strongly emphasized. The spread wings of the bald eagle symbolise grace and strength. If desired, the coin can be refined with 2 diamonds.
The Morgan Dollar consists of 90 percent pure silver and 10 percent copper. Today it is a reminiscence of the monetary history of the United States, as it was in the interest of the "Silver Party" and the owners of the silver mines, who lobbied intensively for its minting and preservation.
Originally, from 1873 - the year of the "Coinage Act" or "Crime of '73" - the regulation only allowed gold coins to be minted. The American gold and silver standard had ended and the monetary system in the USA was about to undergo a fundamental reform. With another law, however, the Treasury Department decided to buy up domestic silver for at least two million dollars a month and process it into coins. Thus the morning silver dollar was born.
Money Clip The special thing about this money clip is that these are not replicas of the coins, but real American silver dollars. Recognizable by the embossed year, some of these coins are already about 100 years old. The coin already has a quite high intrinsic value, which is increased by the processing.
